Protecting your personal data is very important to us. Below we explain which of your data we collect and use for what purpose:

Every time a user accesses a webpage of our offer and every time a file is retrieved, data about this process is stored in a log file. These files are not personal, so we cannot trace which user requested which data. Specifically, the following data record is stored for each retrieval:

  • Name of the retrieved file
  • Date and time of retrieval
  • Amount of data transferred
  • Message indicating whether the retrieval was successful

Personal user profiles are not created. It is not possible to draw conclusions about your person. Anonymous information of this type is statistically evaluated by us to optimize our internet presence and the technology that supports it. They will not be passed on to third parties.

PERSONAL DATA

The personal data you provide to us when visiting our homepage is treated confidentially. If you send us an electronic message (email) and/or fill out and submit online forms on our website, we store and process the data and information provided in accordance with the respective purpose intended by you or assumed by us, for example, to send the requested documents or information or to check the submitted application documents. This personal data will not be passed on to third parties outside the Group. However, as a precaution, we would like to point out that when your data is transmitted over the Internet, it may be accessible or altered by unauthorized persons. You consent to the storage and use of the aforementioned data, as well as the use of cookies. If you have further questions about data protection in relation to this website or the data stored about you, or if you wish to object to the use of your data by us, you can contact us via the contact page.

COOKIES

This website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are permanently or temporarily stored on your computer when you visit this website. The purpose of cookies is in particular to analyze the use of this website for statistical evaluation and continuous improvements. You can deactivate cookies in your browser at any time in whole or in part in the settings. If you deactivate cookies, you may not be able to use all the functions of this website.

REGISTRATION ON OUR WEBSITE

You can register on our website to use additional functions on the site. We will use the data entered only for the purpose of using the particular offer or service for which you registered. The mandatory information requested during registration must be provided in full. Otherwise, we will refuse the registration.

For important changes, for example in the scope of the offer or in the case of technically necessary modifications, we will use the email address provided during registration to inform you in this way.

The processing of the data entered during registration is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke your consent at any time. An informal email to us is sufficient for this purpose. The legality of the data processing already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data collected during registration will be stored by us as long as you are registered on our website and will then be deleted. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.

DATA PROCESSING (CUSTOMER AND CONTRACT DATA)

We collect, process, and use personal data only to the extent necessary for the establishment, content, or modification of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO, which allows the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process, and use personal data on the use of our Internet pages (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill the user.

Customer data collected will be deleted after the completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.

When you register to receive our newsletter, the data you provide will be used exclusively for this purpose. Subscribers may also be informed by email about circumstances relevant to the service or registration (for example, changes to the newsletter offer or technical circumstances).

For an effective registration, we need a valid email address. In order to verify that a registration is actually made by the owner of an email address, we use the "double opt-in" procedure. For this purpose, we record the ordering of the newsletter, the sending of a confirmation email, and the receipt of the requested response. No other data is collected. The data will be used exclusively for sending the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of your personal data and its use for sending the newsletter at any time. You will find a link for this purpose in each newsletter. You can also unsubscribe at any time directly on this website or inform us of your wish to do so using the contact option provided at the end of this privacy policy.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal email to us is sufficient for this purpose. The legality of the data processing operations carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
