Refund policy
🚨 RETURNS, SIZE EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT POLICY 🚨
We accept returns and offer store credit (digital gift card) only if our authenticity tag has not been removed or tampered with in any way.
Any item received without the tag, or with an altered tag, will not be accepted and will not qualify for a credit or exchange.
🔁 RETURNS
If for any reason you wish to return your order (in full or in part), you can do so within 14 days from the delivery date.
Returned items are eligible only for store credit (digital gift card) under the following conditions:

The items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

The outsoles must be clean and show no signs of wear.

All original accessories (box, tags, wrapping, dustbag, etc.) must be included.

The original shoe box must not be used as shipping packaging and must not be damaged.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or live chat. We will provide all necessary instructions to complete the return process.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are always and entirely borne by the customer.
We do not accept parcels sent with collect on delivery or shipping charges to be paid by us.
👟 SIZE EXCHANGES
If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, you can request a size exchange within 14 days from delivery.
Conditions:

The item must be new, unworn, and in its original packaging.

The price between sizes must be the same.

All exchanges are subject to availability.
⚠️ Shipping costs for both the return and the new shipment are always borne by the customer.
We recommend contacting us before sending your item back, to check availability of the new size and receive the correct instructions.
💳 STORE CREDIT (GIFT CARD)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the value of the returned product will generally be refunded in the form of a digital gift card of equal value, which can be used for future purchases in our store.
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used in a single purchase or multiple transactions until the balance is fully redeemed.
In exceptional cases, at our discretion, a full refund may be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
For orders shipped to the European Union, refunds will instead be processed to the original payment method, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
⚠️ DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Stride Tribe Sneakers cannot be held responsible for manufacturing defects or wear issues that occur after use.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for new, unused products, as stated in the “Returns” section.
