DELIVERY TIMES

Stride Tribe ships within Switzerland and Europe using major couriers, including UPS, DHL, La Posta, BRT, and others. Please note that, depending on your location and specific circumstances, we may use alternative shipping services to provide you with the best possible experience.

Order processing times may vary from 3 to 19 business days, including all delicate phases of authentication and quality control of the products. We are not responsible for any delays, package damage, or lost parcels caused by the courier.

💶 SHIPPING TO EUROPE: CHF 15 (INCLUDING VAT AND CUSTOM DUTIES)
You will not have to pay any additional tax in Europe.

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders are handled the day after they are placed or on the next available business day.
Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

The amount for transactions made by credit card is charged at the time of order processing.

Stride Tribe cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, customs controls, or other circumstances beyond Stride Tribe’s control.

Once the order is handed over to the courier, customers receive a notification email containing the tracking number and a link to track their package.

Upon delivery, customers are advised to inspect the package carefully before signing for receipt. Stride Tribe parcels are securely sealed.

If there are signs of package tampering, the customer must file a claim with the respective courier’s office and promptly contact Stride Tribe at info@stridetribesneakers.com.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial agreement with Stride Tribe and agree to accept the delivery of their package.

If a package is not delivered due to the customer's lack of cooperation (e.g., incorrect/incomplete phone number, incorrect/incomplete address, recipient unavailable) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
